We get through difficult times together. As essential workers head to hospitals and grocery stores, to pharmacies and food banks, we at AAA are ensuring that all of our members continue to receive the services they expect from us.
Our hearts go out to everyone who has been personally impacted by the coronavirus. Even in this time of uncertainty, our mission remains the same: to provide professional, trusted service.
AAA Roadside Assistance is ready when you need us; technicians are cleaning their trucks multiple times a day. We are also providing roadside assistance to first responders and medical workers, regardless of whether they are members. And our roadside assistance vehicles are delivering meals and medical supplies to hospitals and first responders in 13 states.
Your membership comes with free access to ProtectMyID to help safeguard your identity while coronavirus scams are on the rise. AAA Travel Advisors are keeping up with rapidly changing travel updates and helping members make informed decisions. At AAA Car Care Plus facilities in certain states, we are offering curb-to-curb repair service for essential workers. And for our insurance customers, we are providing flexible payment options and giving every AAA policyholder with auto insurance (as of April 30) a 20% policy refund applied to two months of premium.
Challenging times bring out the best in people. We are confident that we’ll continue to move forward—together.
